About the Studio
De Simone Designs is owned and operated by Principal Designer and Architectural Technologist Thomas De Simone.
Thomas has been working within the architectural design industry for over 16 years, with experience at local architectural firms for 13 of those years. He has worked on a variety of projects from assembly to industrial and ranging from small to large scale. With a specialty in residential and commercial design, an extensive knowledge of construction practices, combined with his design sense clients are provided with truly exceptional projects. His approach to design is to ensure the wishes of the client are exceeded, the design integrity of the building is highlighted, and all documents meet and exceed the Ontario Building Code (OBC) requirements, without sacrificing aesthetics.
From the initial meeting we make the commitment to all our clients to keep them well informed about the design, planning and construction phases of their project. Every aspect of each project is carefully thought out, reviewed, and designed with your satisfaction in mind. It is our goal that the design process be an enjoyable experience, and that you can be confident in using us for your design projects.
Our office is fully insured, registered with the Association of Architectural Technologists, and BCIN certified with the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Housing & Affairs.
We look forward to being a part of designing your future dream or investment projects.
